I want to briefly explain why this training is free.

For several years I offered this vaginismus program online. Creating it took a lot of work and it contains everything I wanted to teach about understanding vaginismus and working through it step by step.

However, running an online course platform has become too time-consuming and technically complicated for me — especially with all the infrastructure, payments, and international tax rules involved. For a small independent program, it simply became too much.

So instead of continuing to sell it, or just deleting it, I decided to make the entire program free for a short period of time.

You can go through all the materials until March 25, 2026, after which the program will be taken offline permanently.

If it helps even a few people before it disappears, then the work that went into creating it was worth it.
